Good construction practices and technique should be followed to prevent occurrence of structural damages that may occur during occupancy and with age of the structure. When structure is being constructed it has to go through the various stages and it equally important that to make sure that the structure being constructed will not experience damage under any general circumstances. Development of crack in is the first sign of damage and this not only reduce its strength but will also harm structure and to the extent it may collapse.
