The evolution of the concept of

Town planning is the attempt
of designing a city or locality which includes buildings, bridges, roads,
highways, parks, schools etc. to ensure a decent standard of living for the
persons inhabiting the city or locality. Town planning is done at a national,

Planning is done in such a way
that there is minimum traffic congestion or water clogging problems, and the
road network is made such that it connects the whole town, minimising the
distances and making it safe for people to travel.

resources in the rural areas are the push factors for urbanization.
